Full Job Description

Come be a part of an outstanding team dedicated to providing approachable and accessible mental health care! A New View Counseling offers a supportive environment to all team members.

Client coordinators have the opportunity to serve their community by being the person who provides life-saving connections to therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for clients

- Support our Nurse Practitioner with ordering labs, testing supplies, etc...
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project coordination
- Confidently manage direct incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

Experience with mental health billing and/or familiarity with medical coding
Experience in a front office role
Must have a warm, compassionate phone presence while confidently managing a high volume of incoming calls.
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to easily transition from one task to another with interruptions
Readiness to be a part of the team by assisting where they are needed

Ideal candidate will have worked in Simple Practice EHR.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

This position is a 32 hour per week position with benefits, PTO and Holiday pay. Job Hours will be 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Additional hours as needed to cover when other team members are on vacation.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
