Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Sales Agent and become a vital part of helping individuals insure their vehicles and personal property. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and passion to connect clients with tailored insurance solutions. Whether you're experienced in outside sales or new to the industry, your enthusiasm and dedication will drive success and create meaningful relationships with clients.

Duties

Engage with prospective clients through outbound call campaigns
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients’ insurance requirements through inbound calls
Negotiate terms and coverage options to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining clients and following up on leads

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client data effectively
Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques within the insurance industry
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated marketing acumen to promote insurance solutions effectively
Multilingual capabilities are considered a strong asset for engaging diverse client bases
