Major Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Consultation:

Assist guests in understanding their financing options for motorcycle purchases.
Present and explain terms, interest rates, and repayment options to facilitate informed decision-making.

Insurance Guidance:

Provide information on available insurance products, including warranties and protection plans.
Assist guests in selecting insurance options that meet their needs and comply with regulatory standards.

Credit Analysis:

Evaluate credit applications and financial information to determine financing eligibility.
Collaborate with lending institutions to secure favorable financing terms for customers.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure accurate completion of financing and insurance paperwork.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies.

Guest Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout the financing and insurance process.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with sales team members to streamline the sales and financing process.
Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on finance and insurance products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
In-depth knowledge of financing options, credit analysis, and insurance products.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in dealership management systems and finance software.
