Patient Enrollment Specialist / Telesales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Patient Enrollment Specialists to join our growing team. This role combines telesales, customer service, and patient support. You will work directly with prospective patients, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and helping them complete the necessary steps to begin treatment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people by phone, text, and email, can navigate multiple software systems simultaneously, and is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective clients via phone, text message, email, and CRM platforms
Handle inbound inquiries from interested clients
Conduct outbound follow-up calls and text communications
Guide patients through enrollment and intake processes
Assist patients in completing required forms and documentation
Answer questions regarding treatment options, enrollment requirements, and next steps
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Follow established workflows and communication standards
Collaborate with management and team members through Slack and other communication tools
Meet individual and team performance goals
Deliver a positive, professional, and supportive patient experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous telesales, inside sales, customer service, call center, healthcare, or patient enrollment experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day
Technologically savvy and able to learn new software quickly
Experience using CRM platforms preferred
Ability to multitask across multiple systems while assisting patients
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable transportation
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling patient information

Preferred Experience

Telehealth experience
Healthcare enrollment experience
Weight-loss, wellness, or GLP-1 industry experience
Go High Level experience
CRM and sales pipeline management
Text-based sales and customer engagement
