Your Role: Drive Growth in a Thriving Territory

As an Account Representative, you'll take charge of managing, maintaining, and expanding a geographic sales territory. Work remotely with the flexibility you crave, while reporting to our Ft. Worth, TX office. Ideal candidates live in nearby areas (Central Texas) for easy access to clients.

You'll hit the ground running: scheduling appointments, visiting manufacturing facilities, uncovering hidden needs, and delivering tailored solutions. From specifying and demonstrating equipment to closing sales and even overseeing startups – you'll be the key player turning challenges into successes.

Leading high-impact sales demonstrations and support for your coverage area and key accounts.

Aligning every action with our strategic business plan to deliver unmatched value to customers.
Offering insightful feedback to the Regional Manager to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
Investing in your growth through targeted training and development.
Collaborating seamlessly with Air Power Product Specialists to win business across all our expertise areas.
Regularly evaluating our products and services, suggesting enhancements for better results.
Nurturing win-win partnerships with key suppliers for mutual, profitable growth.
