Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring the presentation meets our high standards.
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for payments.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment for guests.
Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclubs.
Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
