Full Job Description

The Dental Receptionist / Patient Concierge serves as the first point of contact for our patients who visit our office. The primary role of the Dental Receptionist / Patient Concierge is to provide outstanding customer service and be a source of support to patients and teammates alike. We are looking for a multi-tasker with an upbeat, positive personality to contribute to our high level of customer service and dentistry.

A successful Dental Receptionist / Patient Concierge will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:

Earn superior reviews from patients and teammates concerning customer care
Assist in collecting 5-star reviews from patients
Accurately enter and update patient information in practice management system
Accurately pre-screen medical/dental records
Answer new and existing patients phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments
Protect and observe patient confidentiality (consistent with HIPAA & PHI)
Effectively manage information within electronic health record system
Collection of office charges, posting of charges to patient account(s) and accurately manage cash drawer

In our search for the BEST fit, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:

3+ years of dental front office experience.
Ability to effectively interact, in person, over the phone, and in writing with patients as well as all staff members
Demonstrated experience of proper, safe, efficient use of current office equipment/software. Eaglesoft experience recommended.
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.
