This isn't a call center job.

You're not reading scripts to people who don't want to hear from you. You're calling homeowners who need to sell, solving a real problem, and getting paid every time you lock up a deal. We hand you the leads, the training, the CRM, the systems, and a full team behind you to close every contract you bring in. Your only job is to pick up the phone and have conversations.

We're one of the fastest-growing real estate investment operations in Michigan — wholesaling, flipping, acquiring commercial assets, and raising private capital across multiple entities. Our CEO has done this at seven figures, is plugged into the top networks in the industry, and has built an operation with 25+ team members, AI-powered systems, and a full disposition team that moves deals to the closing table fast. You're not joining a guy with a laptop and a dream. You're joining a machine.

WHAT YOU DO

Call homeowners from provided lead lists every single day
Build rapport, identify motivation, and determine if the seller has a deal worth pursuing
Submit offers, negotiate with sellers, and get contracts signed
Follow up relentlessly — most deals close on the 5th-12th contact, not the 1st
Hit daily activity targets: dials, conversations, appointments, offers submitted
Track everything in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
Show up to weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
Get better every single week

HOW YOU GET PAID

This is commission-only. Here's why that's better for you.

A $15/hr job pays you the same whether you crush it or coast. This role pays you based on what you produce — and the upside is uncapped.

You earn a percentage of every assignment fee on deals you bring in. Our average assignment fee ranges from $5,000-$20,000+. Close 2-3 deals a month and you're making more than most salaried professionals. Our best reps are on pace for six figures.

First deal bonus — we pay a cash bonus on top of your commission when you close your first deal. We want you winning fast.

Escalating tiers — the more deals you close per month, the higher your commission percentage goes. Volume is rewarded.

Speed bonuses — deals that go from contract to close fast earn you a kicker. Bring in clean, motivated sellers and you get paid more.

Fast payouts — when your deal closes, you get paid within days. Not 30 days. Not "next pay cycle." Days.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You're hungry. Not "interested in real estate" hungry. Can't-sleep-because-you-want-more hungry.
You're not afraid of the phone. You'll make 200+ dials a day without anyone standing over your shoulder.
You handle rejection without flinching. Sellers will say no. A lot. You hear "no" and dial the next number.
You're coachable. We'll teach you everything, but you have to be willing to learn and apply it — not argue with the process.
You want to build a real skill set in sales and real estate — not just collect a check.
You're available to commit 4-8 hours per day to calling. This works part-time or full-time, but it doesn't work if you're making 20 calls a day and wondering why nothing's happening.

You do NOT need:

A real estate license
Prior real estate experience
A college degree
Your own leads or buyer list

We teach you everything. You bring the work ethic.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

If you need a guaranteed paycheck on Friday regardless of effort, this isn't for you.
If you can't handle being told your calls need work, this isn't for you.
If you're going to make 50 dials a day and complain that the leads are bad, this isn't for you.
If you disappear for 3 days and then text "hey sorry I was busy," this isn't for you.
