The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for promoting the "We Care" brand of Community Care Home Health Services and selling it to all qualified candidates. In this role, they will take the lead in recruiting healthcare professionals, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Nurses, within the healthcare/homecare industry for the local branch.

The specialist will collaborate with relevant Community Care staff and departments to identify and recruit healthcare professionals using various sources, such as internet resources, company databases, company-provided leads, referrals, and social media. Additionally, the specialist will be tasked with developing, building, and maintaining candidate relationships through effective sourcing and selection techniques.

The candidate we seek will be responsible for:

Contact potential candidates and schedule initial and follow-up interviews.
Collaborate and manage the application process for each candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsible for effectively implementing the recruiting plan that results in hired qualified individuals for your branch.
Perform ongoing recruiting to ensure you have a constant pipeline of candidates.
Utilize all recruitment job board resources (Indeed and all available job boards through our ATS).
Post open positions on job boards.
Research and identify optimal job boards to find qualified candidates and engage them through phone, email, and text.
Monitor, respond and engage with all qualified candidates.
Review and phone screen healthcare professionals and take the next steps in hiring the candidates.
Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates by phone, email, and social media etc.
Maintain and grow a database of qualified candidates through networking and referrals, cold calling, and internet searches.
Collaborate with Branch Managers, Coordinators, and the Public Relations Team to identify recruitment needs for each patient.
Serve as the backup for the On-boarding specialist when necessary.
Ensure that all state, federal, and company standards are met in the hiring process.
Complete other assignments as requested and assigned.
May have access to personal health information (PHI) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities, therefore must follow the parameters of access, use and disclosure defined by the organization or department.

The candidate we seek must possess the following:

Associate degree.
Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
One year of high-volume healthcare related recruitment experience to include RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, HHA’s, PCA’s and PA’s.
Personal assessment skills with the ability to accurately evaluate professional qualifications, work experience, and personal characteristics.
Strong customer focus required.
Demonstrate critical thinking, flexibility, and negotiation skills.
Proven networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing candidates.
Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain trust-based relationships.
Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
Must have strong interpersonal and exceptional organization skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of hiring laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Strong work ethic: results focus with a strong desire to achieve goals.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
PC proficient to include MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Bilingual Spanish a huge plus.
