Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Overview:
Construction Management Firm located in the NY Metro Area is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and within budget. The Project Engineer/Manager will work closely with the Owner, Prime contractors, and other team members to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize ACC Build/Forma and other construction management software to assist in project management
- Coordinate with multiple contractors, construction site teams to ensure project progress aligns with timelines and quality standards.
- Implement effective project management techniques to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize Autodesk Build for document management and review processes.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.

-Perform all routine administrative, communication, and documentation responsibilities associated with managing construction projects, including facilitating project meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking action items, managing project correspondence, and demonstrating the ability to independently organize, communicate, document, and follow through on project-related matters.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Must have experience in project management of Multiple Prime Contractors within the construction industry under NYS Wicks Law and School Construction
- Proficiency in using Autodesk, Suretrak, MS Office and other construction management software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
