This Is Not a typical Receptionist Position
Arctic Elevation is seeking a driven, outgoing, and wellness-focused professional to become the face of our Rocklin clinic. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by helping clients achieve real results. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, convert inquiries into appointments, educate clients on wellness services, and create exceptional client experiences that drive retention and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Deliver a world-class client experience from the moment a lead contacts the clinic
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued
- Resolve concerns professionally and proactively
- Generate positive reviews and referrals
Sales & Growth
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments
- Follow up with inquiries and consultations
- Educate clients on available wellness services
- Recommend memberships, packages, and wellness programs
- Reactivate inactive clients
- Help clients commit to treatment plans that support their goals
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals
Clinic Operations
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Process payments and memberships
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support providers and nurses throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Schedule
Full-Time
Potential Part-Time
Clinic Hours:
- Tuesday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Future Sunday availability may be available as the clinic continues to grow.
Currently Closed Sundays and Mondays.
