Full Job Description

Roquemore Skierski PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex cases from pre-litigation through trial. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative in supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, trial prep, and post-trial matters.

- Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, motions, and legal correspondence.

- Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars with a high level of accuracy.

- Coordinate large-scale document reviews and productions, including use of e-discovery platforms.

- Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings.

- Organize and prepare exhibits, witness files, deposition summaries, and trial binders.

- Assist with trial logistics and provide in-court support when necessary.

- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties.

- Monitor procedural rules and ensure compliance with court deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

- Minimum **5+ years of experience** as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.

- Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes in Texas state and federal courts.

- Proficient in legal technology, including document management and e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Westlaw, LexisNexis).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.

- Experience in commercial litigation or complex business disputes is preferred.

- Trial support experience is a strong plus.
