Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to deliver exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of our property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests and a key player in upholding our high standards of hospitality management. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, invoicing, and record-keeping
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access to restricted areas
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence
Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management practices, and security protocols
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude
