Marcus Black DDS is a privately owned dental practice that specializes in cosmetic dentistry and we are seeking a confident, friendly, and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our ideal candidate for this position has:

A friendly, warm, confident, and self-starter personality
Willingness to work as a part of a team and learn new things
2+ years of Dental Front Office Experience (Required)
2+ Years of Customer service experience (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience with Eaglesoft is a PLUS!

Responsibilities of our Insurance Coordinator include:

Providing a 5-star service approach to service for our patients
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Patient Intake
Maintain a clean front office environment
Insurance Verification
Answer phones and patient questions
Clerical Tasks (sort mail, digital scanning, check voicemail, etc)
Front Office Supply Inventory
Check Lab cases in/out
Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities
Other duties as assigned

We are offering a Full-Time schedule:

Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

As a full-time team member, you’ll enjoy an hourly wage that ranges from $18-23/hour (based on experience) along with the following benefits:
