Full Job Description

Position Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Carol Stream branch, including staff management, client care, financial performance, compliance, and business development. This position requires a highly organized, driven individual with a solid background in home care services and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate care providers and office staff to ensure quality service and effective operations.
Client Care: Oversee the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, conduct client assessments, and ensure client satisfaction through high standards of care.
Financial Management: Manage branch budget, including billing, payroll, and expenses. Ensure financial goals are met while maintaining cost control.
Compliance: Ensure that branch operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records and provide staff training on compliance standards.
Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations to increase branch visibility and drive growth.
Operations Management: Ensure efficient daily operations, including scheduling, staff performance, and addressing any operational issues.
Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and potential opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the home care, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of home care regulations, financial management, and staff supervision.
Proven ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
