Job Title: Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Nexus Communications Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the marketing and sales departments, contributing to the overall success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Administrative Support:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.

- Assist in the management of project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and communicated effectively.

### Marketing Coordination:

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional items.

- Collaborate with graphic designers to generate content and literature that aligns with marketing objectives.

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

### Sales Support:

- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information regarding leads, contacts, and opportunities.

- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, documentation templates, and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professionally presented.

- Support pre-sale tasks, such as gathering necessary information and materials, and post-sale tasks, including follow-ups and client onboarding.

### Communication:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal team members and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Draft and send professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and newsletters, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

- Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers to enhance brand presence and community interaction.

### Event Coordination:

- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.

- Assist in post-event analysis, gathering feedback and insights to improve future events and initiatives.

### Team Collaboration:
