Full Job Description

Bestview International, a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of natural stone, tile, bath, and home improvement products, is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Inside & Outside Sales Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Glenview, Illinois.

This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting both inside and outside sales activities, developing new business opportunities, coordinating order fulfillment, and helping drive sales growth across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate daily with corporate, retail, and trade customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, inventory availability, samples, order status, delivery schedules, promotions, and product programs.
Provide professional support to walk-in and call-in customers by offering accurate product information, explaining showroom displays, presenting current promotions, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, emails, follow-ups, showroom visits, customer meetings, and ongoing sales support.
Proactively contact prospective customers and follow up with leads from trade shows, online inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, showroom visits, and industry contacts to introduce the company, promote product lines, and develop new sales opportunities.
Visit new and existing customers, dealers, showrooms, and trade accounts as needed to introduce products, support displays, review samples, promote programs, and strengthen business relationships.
Maintain and organize the corporate showroom, including product displays, samples, catalogs, literature, merchandising materials, and promotional displays, to support sales presentations and customer visits.
Assist with monthly sales planning, promotional campaigns, advertising support, customer outreach, new customer development, and annual trade show preparation and follow-up.
Work closely with management to identify new sales opportunities, improve customer service procedures, develop marketing programs, expand customer accounts, and support overall business growth.
Perform other sales, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, account management, customer service, or sales operations.
Experience in tile, stone, bath products, home improvement, building materials, or distribution is preferred.
Strong sales ability, including experience developing customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting business growth.
Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, warehouse, accounting, management, and outside sales teams.
