Full Job Description

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established, small DSO. Located in Rome, GA. Less than one hour from Kennesaw GA!!

Job Details:

Need is for a solo Dentist- enjoy Autonomy
4.5 day work week!
Major PPO/FFS
3 month daily guarantee with 33% of adjusted production
Full staff provided
Looking for someone to start Jan/Feb 2026
Full benefits, 6% 401k match and Sign on Bonus!

Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgeries with precision and aseptic technique.
Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret medical imaging results to inform diagnoses and treatment strategies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Educate patients on oral health best practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote ongoing wellness.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities focused on pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties as needed.

Qualifications

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology.
Familiarity with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontic procedures, and pediatric dentistry is desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and special needs patients.
