Production Supervisor at Sundigo Solar Manufacturing Inc.

About the Company

Sundigo Solar Manufacturing Inc. is a newly established solar component manufacturing facility located in Lyerly. We are seeking a driven and experienced leader who is excited about helping establish operations, build a strong production team, and create a positive manufacturing culture from the ground up.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lyerly. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across the production floor. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader looking to grow with a newly established facility and play a key role in developing processes, leading teams, and supporting long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing floor
Lead, train, and develop production team members
Help establish workflows, team expectations, and operational procedures within a newly established facility
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Track and report production metrics including output, efficiency, scrap rate, and downtime
Collaborate with management on production planning and continuous process improvements
Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet company specifications
Coordinate with supply chain regarding raw material inventory and production needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support the development of a positive, team-oriented manufacturing culture

Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with production planning and scheduling
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and lead effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment
Previous experience in a similar leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in solar manufacturing is a plus
Bilingual in Chinese/English or Spanish/English is a plus
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

$70,000-$80,000 - Competitive salary based on experience
