Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to create a welcoming environment and support office efficiency. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence
Manage phone s, directing calls accurately and courteously while handling inquiries efficiently
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed
Support office management duties including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure proper documentation of all communications

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or technical tools such as QuickBooks or other productivity software
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in front desk operations, office management, or personal assistant roles is preferred
