Experienced Treatment Coordinator | Naperville Smiles Dental

Located in the heart of Naperville, just steps from Trader Joe's, we're fortunate to have an incredible patient base, a supportive team, and a practice where patient care always comes first.

We're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment, navigating financial options with confidence, and creating the kind of experience that keeps patients coming back year after year.

What You'll Do

You'll guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence and compassion, explain financial options, coordinate care, and work closely with our doctors to create a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

Previous Treatment Coordinator experience, or significant dental office experience presenting treatment
Someone who builds trust naturally and enjoys creating lasting patient relationships
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive, dependable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
