Ownership Track Responsibilities (Mid-to-Long-Term):

Participate in firm management and strategic planning.
Build equity through performance, leadership, and client acquisition.
Take on increased decision-making responsibility in firm operations.
Collaborate with partners on succession planning and equity transition.
