National Account Manager

Location: Texas

Base Salary: USD 80,000 to 90,000
OTE: USD 150,000+
Reports to: Global Commercial and Partnerships Director

Role Overview

Kings of Neon, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, is expanding its national presence across the United States. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven National Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key clients across signage, events and premium display industries. You will represent our LED, neon and premium signage solutions, driving business growth through enterprise selling, high‑value negotiations and proactive account development. This role requires an established client network, strong commercial acumen and the ability to build long‑term partnerships that influence national outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop account plans to maximise revenue growth across national accounts.
Cultivate client relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead negotiations for complex, high‑value deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, warm calling and strategic outreach.
Present Kings of Neon’s LED, neon and premium signage solutions to agencies, event partners and enterprise clients.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
Utilise HubSpot CRM to track activities, forecast sales and analyse performance for continuous improvement.
Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practice and supporting a high‑performance culture.
Represent Kings of Neon at industry events, trade shows and partner activations.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and structured follow ups to support national growth.

Required Experience

A current and active client network within signage, events, experiential marketing or premium display industries.
Proven experience in B2B or enterprise selling with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high‑value deals.
Expertise in business development strategies and account management.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical sales experience related to LED, neon or premium signage solutions is highly desirable.
Analytical capability to assess market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service.
