Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee our automotive repair facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry. As the Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. Your expertise in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance will be crucial in guiding our technicians and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the body shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance services to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.
Maintain inventory of tools, and supplies, ensuring that the body shop is well-stocked at all times.
Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed by technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in automotive body repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair, auto restoration, or dealership operations is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the automotive industry.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with auto glass replacement processes is advantageous but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with both staff and customers.
