What You'll Do

Meet with clients virtually or in person — on your schedule, your terms

Optional: Recruit and mentor other agents and build a leadership income stream

What It Takes

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
A life insurance license — or the drive to get one (we'll guide you through it)
Strong communication skills and genuine care for people
Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry for more than a paycheck

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — your income is tied directly to your production and consistency. There's no ceiling here, but there's also no guarantee: what you put in is what you get out. If you're looking for someone to hand you a salary and a schedule, this isn't it.
