Full Job Description

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financing and insurance process for our customers. This role requires strong financial services knowledge, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate and upsell.

**Duties:**

- Manage the financing and insurance process for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Utilize financial software to process loans and manage loan applications.

- Negotiate and close deals with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Upsell and cross-sell financial products and services to increase revenue.

- Oversee the entire loan processing process, ensuring all loans are properly documented and compliant with regulatory requirements.

- Manage contracts and ensure all agreements are signed and completed accurately.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 years in a finance, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on customer relationship management and sales.

- Strong knowledge of financial software and loan processing systems.

- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

- Ability to analyze credit reports and make lending decisions.

- Experience with contract management and negotiation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
