We are looking for an experienced Paralegal who is passionate about immigration to join our team and work on removal defense immigration cases (detained and non-detained). Ideal candidates should have a working knowledge of immigration cases, the EOIR process, Asylum Filings, Bond Hearings, EOIR 42B, and the overall immigration process.

This job will either be a hybrid posisiton (part time in office, part time at home) or full time remote, depending on level of experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Paralegal Experience: 2+ Years in Immigration Law (required)
Immigration Law Firm Experience (or equivalent): 2+ Years (required)
Experience in Removal Based Immigration (required)
US Work Authorization
Bilingual (Spanish is REQUIRED)
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Must be able to:

Multi-task
Be Customer Service Oriented
Be Comfortable with Technology, Immigration Software, and Microsoft Office
Work in a Fast-Paced Team Environment
