Overview

Our restaurant is seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Marketing and Event Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, plan weekly events to grow customer base, analyze performance metrics, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. Your creativity and strategic mindset will drive engagement, boost brand awareness, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the digital marketing landscape while working within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Duties

Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and incorporate relevant keywords to enhance visibility.
Analyze media performance through social media analytics tools and Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences effectively.
Plan and execute weekly events to promote business
Track digital marketing performance metrics regularly to refine tactics and improve engagement rates.

Skills

Skilled in content creation including writing compelling copy, editing videos, and designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other media editing tools.
Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns for targeted outreach.
Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing techniques.
Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and social media insights to assess campaign success and inform future efforts.
Excellent communication skills for relationship management with team members, partners, and online communities.
Creative mindset with an eye for branding consistency across all digital channels.
Basic photography skills for creating original visual content that aligns with brand identity.
Familiarity with media editing tools

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
