Senior Administrative Assistant to $80K - Mission-Drive Nonprofit Opportunity!

Our client, a leading nonprofit healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a busy executive environment. This role is heavily focused on complex calendar management, coordinating meetings and logistics, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative operations across the leadership team. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proven success managing schedules for multiple executives.

Position Details:

Location: West Roxbury, MA
Work Model: In Office

Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings for senior leaders; acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining organizational calendars; preparing meeting materials, correspondence, and supporting documentation; assisting with travel coordination, expense processing, and administrative projects; maintaining office operations, supplies, and equipment; and providing seamless coverage and support in partnership with the executive administration team.
The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience; demonstrated expertise managing calendars and scheduling for multiple executives or teams; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through; and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
