Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between our orthodontists and our patients, guiding them through their treatment journey and helping them understand the benefits of orthodontic care. This is a sales-focused position where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them achieve their dream smile.

Responsibilities:

Educate patients on various orthodontic treatment options and recommend personalized treatment plans based on their needs and preferences.
Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their orthodontic needs and explain treatment procedures.
Work closely with the orthodontist to coordinate treatment plans and schedule appointments for patients.
Discuss financial aspects of treatment plans, including insurance coverage, payment options, and financing arrangements.
Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns they may have and ensure a seamless treatment experience.
Actively promote our practice and services to potential patients through various marketing channels, including social media, community events, and referral programs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and effectively explain complex treatment concepts.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software systems is a plus.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
