Job Summary

RealDeal FL is a growing real estate investment and property management company specializing in luxury short-term and long-term rental properties in West Palme Beach. We own and manage multiple properties, including our boutique vacation rental brand, Bliss Pool Villas. We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Office Manager who wants to become an integral part of a growing company. This is not just another bookkeeping job. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, improving systems, solving problems, and helping a business grow. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of your work, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Create invoices, sales receipts, and customer payments
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and clearing accounts
Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Prepare reports for ownership and our CPA
Assist with sales tax reporting and compliance
Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies before they become problems
Help improve accounting procedures and internal controls

Office Management

Coordinate daily office operations
Organize and maintain company records and electronic files
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Assist with scheduling and administrative projects
Manage office supplies and equipment
Help document and improve company procedures
Support ownership with special projects and business initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Strong understanding of accounting principles (Difference between Unearned and Earned Income)
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Experience

Property management accounting
Short-term rental or hospitality accounting
Experience with Stripe, Airbnb, VRBO, or other online booking platforms
Experience with Hostify, Zapier, Google Workspace, or similar business software
