<Job Overview>
We are looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant management, ensuring smooth service, exceptional customer experiences, and team development. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service management, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to shape a vibrant dining experience while fostering a positive team culture.

<Duties>

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision.
Manage inventory control and food safety practices to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Oversee POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
Train and develop staff on food handling, kitchen management, and customer service best practices.
Supervise shift management and coordinate kitchen activities to maintain efficiency during busy hours.
Handle budgeting responsibilities including cost control for food production and labor expenses.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests.

<Qualifications>

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise required.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews.
Background in hospitality management or food service management preferred; hotel or catering experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
