Now Hiring: Top-Tier Home Health Marketer for Sacramento Region

Are you a powerhouse marketer in the home health world—already known and respected across hospitals, SNFs, and medical groups in Greater Sacramento? Are your referral pipelines strong, your follow-through unmatched, and your relationships rock-solid? If so, we want to talk to you.

We’re not looking for someone to “build from scratch.” We’re looking for the rainmaker.

About Us: We are a growing Home Health Agency rooted in Sacramento and expanding fast. Our leadership team understands the value of strategic marketing and fully supports your autonomy to drive growth, nurture relationships, and bring in quality referrals that result in excellent patient care.

What You’ll Do:

Leverage your existing network across hospital discharge planners, SNFs, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and care managers.
Build and grow new relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNF case managers, physicians and other healthcare providers.
Educate healthcare providers on the agency’s services and the value we bring to their patients.
Own the growth of our referral base—with full internal support from our operations and clinical teams.
Represent our agency with the confidence and credibility of someone who knows the home health game inside and out.
Work independently while being backed by a responsive and agile leadership team that knows how to get things done.
Develop the company’s marketing strategies, campaigns and programs that align with market analysis and company targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in Home Health or Hospice marketing (minimum 3 years—no exceptions).
Established referral relationships and deep knowledge of the Sacramento healthcare landscape.
A self-starter who thrives on results, relationship-building, and getting to "yes."
A marketing professional who embodies professionalism, brings determination and creativity to the table, and who communicates with clarity and impact.
