Full Job Description

Bilingual Admissions & Enrollment Sales Closer – AVL Academy

We are looking for a Sales Closer who can convert interested prospects into enrollments through strong communication, consistent follow-up, and confident closing.

At AVL Academy, you will work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our educational programs. (No cold calling).

This is a performance-driven sales position for someone who knows how to build relationships, handle objections, follow up consistently, and ask for the enrollment.

This role is for someone who:

Builds trust and connection quickly
Knows how to confidently close sales, not just provide information
Handles objections involving price, time, schedules, and hesitation
Takes ownership of leads from first contact through enrollment
Is disciplined with follow-up and CRM management
Is motivated by sales goals and commission

What You’ll Do

Contact warm leads provided by AVL Academy (no cold calling)
Communicate with prospects by phone, text, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger
Identify each prospect's needs, goals, and motivations
Present programs, schedules, pricing, and payment options clearly
Schedule and conduct admissions appointments and campus tours
Handle objections and confidently ask for the enrollment
Follow up consistently with new, existing, and previous leads
Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM

Requirements

1–2+ years of sales or closing experience
Proven ability to close, not just customer service or support
Bilingual English/Spanish (REQUIRED)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport
Comfortable making high-volume follow-up calls
Comfortable working with monthly sales targets
Strong organization and lead-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools, including ChatGPT
Results-driven and coachable

Compensation

$23–$25/hour + Uncapped Commission

Earn $50–$100 per Qualified Enrollment, starting with your very first enrollment. The more you produce, the higher your commission opportunity — up to $100 per enrollment.

Warm leads provided. No cold calling. No commission cap.
