Folsom Lake Nissan is a family-owned dealership serving the Folsom community. We're growing fast and looking for someone who's ready to grow with us.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and help keep day-to-day dealership operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes pride in getting things done right.

What You'll Do

Support the Office Manager with daily administrative and accounting tasks to ensure timely and accurate dealership operations
Process and reconcile vehicle deal paperwork, including new, used, fleet, and finance transactions
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including posting and reconciling invoices and vendor payments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within the Dealertrack DMS platform
Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and closing procedures
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both physical and digital records
Communicate professionally with sales, finance, and service departments to resolve deal or accounting discrepancies
Process title and registration paperwork in compliance with California DMV requirements
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable regulations
Perform general office duties including answering phones, ordering supplies, and supporting staff as directed by the Office Manager

Work Environment

This position is based on-site at Folsom Lake Nissan in Folsom, California
Standard dealership business hours; some flexibility or overtime may be required during month-end closing
Professional office setting within an active automotive dealership
