Full Job Description

This position is based in our Rancho Cordova, California office and requires onsite attendance 5 days per week (Monday–Friday). This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office daily.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to support billing accuracy across the order-to-cash lifecycle. This role focuses on validating customer contracts, pricing, and billing setup to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time. The ideal candidate has experience investigating billing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and improving billing quality within MSP, SaaS, or services-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Validate contracts, pricing, SKUs, and billing schedules before invoicing
Audit billing transactions for accuracy and compliance
Investigate invoice discrepancies and determine root cause
Partner with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Operations to resolve issues
Track billing accuracy, error trends, and quality metrics
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
Support audits, testing, and system enhancements

Preferred Experience

3–6+ years in:
billing operations
revenue operations
order management
order-to-cash
Experience reviewing customer contracts and pricing terms
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Experience with:
NetSuite
Salesforce
ServiceNow (preferred)
MSP / SaaS / telecom / managed services preferred

Work Location

Onsite: Rancho Cordova, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: 100% In Office

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
