Full Job Description

Agricultural Distributing, Inc., a well-established manufacturing company in Woodland, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to perform all company-wide accounting functions including payroll, AP/AR, corporate bank account reconciliation, tax payments and returns, monthly financial statement reconciliation, and collections. This position requires the ability to work in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm, excellent communication skills are essential, and customer service is a priority. The ability to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and fellow employees in a positive, energetic manner, is a must.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Possession of an Associate's degree is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel is required; knowledge of SYSPRO is a plus. Solid organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are a must. The person in this position will be asked to help in many different aspects of the company, so flexibility is essential. Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
