Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef / Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, adhering to food safety standards and dietary guidelines.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation to elevate guest satisfaction.
Supervise daily kitchen activities, including food production, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Manage shift operations efficiently by coordinating team members, overseeing food handling procedures, and ensuring timely service.
Support the training and mentorship of junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate inventory management records, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end food service environments.
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a culinary setting.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and presentation techniques.
Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working with dietary departments is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen operations management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse culinary team.
Experience in catering, banquet services, or large-scale event food preparation is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
