Location: Sacramento, CA (On-site)

CryoBuilt is the largest manufacturer of electric whole-body cryotherapy systems in the United States. We design, manufacture, install, and support our equipment from our Sacramento headquarters, serving customers across North America and around the world.

Our experience spans commercial refrigeration, biomedical cooling, food processing, and advanced cryotherapy technology. Every system is engineered and manufactured in-house, supported by our nationwide service network and California-based research and development facility.

We are looking for a dependable, organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You'll split your time between bookkeeping, purchasing support, reception, and administrative duties while working closely with multiple departments across the company.

Heavy data entry and attention to detail are essential.

ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Enter invoices and customer payments
Reconcile transactions and financial records
Assist with month-end bookkeeping activities
Maintain organized financial documentation
Enter accounting information accurately into QuickBooks

Purchasing & Operations

Create and submit purchase orders
Monitor purchase order status
Coordinate with vendors regarding orders and deliveries
Maintain purchasing records

Reception & Administrative Support

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Welcome visitors and vendors
Provide administrative support to multiple departments
Maintain office supplies and general office organization
Assist with filing, scanning, and document management

Data Entry

Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
Maintain electronic and physical records
Verify information for completeness and accuracy

Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple departments
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping/ accounting experience of 1+ years
QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Education

Associate's degree or coursework in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
