Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Lead all Food & Beverage and Event/Catering operations including restaurants, bars, catering, and range services
Drive revenue growth through innovative menus, promotions, and programming
Oversee budgets, labor, and cost controls to maximize profitability
Build and lead a high-performing team of 80+ employees
Partner with sales and marketing to increase business and guest engagement
Ensure exceptional guest experiences across daily service events, resolving issues proactively
Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency across locations

What You Bring

7–10 years of leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage or catering/events operations
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-outlet operations and large scale events
Strong expertise in restaurant, bars, weddings, tournaments, and cultural events (FOH & BOH)
Financial strength in budgeting, labor management, and cost control
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
