RESTAURANT MANAGER

Casa Lola

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our authentic, full-service Mexican restaurant. If you have a strong leadership background in restaurant management and are excited to drive high standards of service, food quality, and community connection, we'd love to meet you!

Specific Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team:
Drive our employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed, high-functioning department.
Foster an inclusive, respectful environment where every team member feels valued.
Develop and train our team to achieve personal growth while holding them accountable in a constructive and supportive manner.
Create Memorable Guest Experiences:
“People will forget what you do, forget what you said, but never forget how you made them feel.” Hospitality goes above and beyond just providing great service.
Ensure our restaurant is the go-to destination by authentically connecting with guests creating a sense of belonging with our establishment.
Lead community outreach efforts and represent the restaurant at local events to build lasting relationships.
Drive Results Through Effective Management:
Manage and optimize food cost and labor goals, using insights to drive sales and increase profitability.
Implement initiatives to grow guest count and improve operational efficiency.
Focus on building and maintaining a team culture that is guest-focused and results-driven.
Maintain High Standards of Food Quality & Presentation:
Take pride in presenting quality food and drinks by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and presented to our exacting standards.
Ensure Safety & Sanitation Standards:
Enforce safety and sanitation practices throughout the restaurant.
Lead by example to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
Foster a Passionate, Fun, and Balanced Culture:
Be a role model and create an environment where fun, passion, and balance are at the heart of our culture.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Leadership skills with a focus on building a high-performing, engaged team.
Experience with P&L management and a proven ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
Passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in restaurant management tools (Outlook, Restaurant 365, Toast a plus).
Strong understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to motivate a team.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
