Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hospice Community Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between our hospice services and the community. In this role, you will actively engage with healthcare providers, patients, families, and community organizations to promote understanding of hospice care options. Your energetic approach will help foster trust, facilitate smooth communication, and ensure that patients receive the compassionate support they need during challenging times. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while utilizing your sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations to promote hospice services.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice care benefits.
Negotiate service agreements and coordinate outreach efforts to expand community awareness of hospice offerings.
Manage account activities by tracking referral sources, follow-up communications, and service delivery metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying service options, and supporting families navigating end-of-life care decisions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care plans.
Analyze referral trends and community needs to identify opportunities for program growth and outreach strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical sales with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated success in account management and product demos within a healthcare or related environment.
Leadership qualities that enable effective collaboration across teams and community stakeholders.
Familiarity with analysis skills to interpret referral data and outreach effectiveness metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
