This position is eligible for a 5% pay differential (Pay Differential 248).

About this Role
Do you consider yourself a subject matter expert in Human Resources (HR)? Does your workload include assignments at the higher level of difficulty? Do you conduct HR training for department employees? If so, then this may be the position for you.

Under the general direction of the Personnel Program Manager, the Staff Personnel Program Analyst is responsible for training assessment, development, implementation, evaluation, and consultative services for the Personnel Management Division Training Unit.

Compensation: The advertised salary reflects gross pay before taxes and payroll deductions. Actual take-home pay will vary based on applicable tax withholdings and employee benefit elections, including retirement plan contributions, health insurance, and other voluntary deductions.

This position may be eligible for a telework opportunity in accordance with departmental policies and operational needs. Employees are currently required to work in-person at least four (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25. Additional in-office days may be required based on operational needs.

Personal Leave Program: Effective July 1, 2025, state employees are subject to temporary salary reductions ranging from 2% to 4.62% in exchange for Personal Leave Program (PLP) hours. Please note that the salary ranges listed in this Job Control may not reflect these reductions associated with the 2025 Personal Leave Program.
