Job Description

We’re always on the search for self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated, driven person to fill the role of Body Shop Estimator. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

Assess the damage to the customers vehicle to get an estimate for the repair
Provide a detailed, itemized estimate to the customer’s insurance agency
Process paperwork with the insurance agencies
Figure out how much of the repair work is covered and what the customer will owe
Identify other areas that may be in need of repair work and provide those estimates as well
Manage the parts ordering process

Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
2-5 years body shop and customer service experience preferred but not required
Automotive sales background a plus
Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
