Full Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to advance your career? Join our dynamic team as a Billing Clerk/Bookkeeper.

About the Role:

As a Billing Clerk/Bookkeeper, you’ll assist with the day-to-day functions of our accounting department, primarily with Billing. This position offers a collaborative team environment where your skills and ability to work independently will be valued. In our fast-paced office, you’ll need to multitask and prioritize.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Maintenance Billing and coding tasks
Process tenant billing and statements
Assist with processing Accounts Payable/Receivable
Assist with Maintaining bank books, deposits, and perform bank reconciliations
Prepare client reports
Track and report financial data

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Previous experience in billing, accounting, accounts payable/receivable is a plus
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization skills
Experience with Adobe is preferred.
Experience with Yardi or other real estate management software is a plus.
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check upon hire is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
