Full Job Description

Job Summary
Florida Certified Contractors, LLC has one (1) Sales Rep/Construction Estimator position to fill covering the NE Florida area. Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.

As a Sales Rep/Estimator, you'll play a critical role in establishing new relationships and supporting existing relationships. You'll do this by attending initial appointments, bid walks, follow up meetings and PowerPoint presentations.

This role will estimate and bid on the following projects types. Commercial exterior renovations, concrete restoration, wood framing building restoration, high rise and mid rise waterproofing and restoration, as well as interior renovations.

6+ years of Commercial Construction experience in the project types listed above is required

First year on-target total compensation including bonuses, 110,000-150,000 with no cap on growth

You are an ideal Candidate if:

You live within 50min of St Augustine, FL

6+ years of Commercial Construction experience in the project types listed above

You have experience estimating projects and work

You're comfortable with money, sales range $100,000 -$5,000,000 with desire for bigger sales
You’ve participated in sales training
You have good listening and questioning skills,
You have excellent relationship building skills

You have superior personal organization skills

You proactively build a solid pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities.
You actively use a CRM to stay on track.
You have excellent writing and presentation skills.
You have a competitive spirit and a desire to implement change and personal improvement.

Responsibilities

New contact development and revenue growth
Point of Contact throughout the sales process
Needs and requirements assessment
Estimating, individually and as a team
Presentations, individually and as a team
Negotiating contracts and pricing terms with clients
Coordinating closely with the project management team to ensure accurate handoffs, communication and client satisfaction
Onsite presence and availability through all phases of completion

Skills

Knowledge of construction site operations and construction management practices
Ability to negotiate effectively and win sales deals
Proficiency in using software tools like ProCore, Smartsheet, and PipelineCRM
Advanced working knowledge with MS Excel
Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment towards common goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
