Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dental office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, maintains a welcoming front desk presence, and supports team productivity through effective management of office systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating an efficient workplace. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service
Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and executives
Handle bookkeeping responsibilities
Support clerical functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
Assist with technical proficiency tasks such as troubleshooting basic computer issues and ensuring office equipment operates smoothly
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Demonstrated experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles with attention to detail
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members
Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and maintaining accurate records in fast-paced environments
Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems and customer interactions
Technical proficiency in using productivity software, filing systems, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
