Full Job Description

About Us:

Elysium Cosmetic Clinics is a results-driven, luxury aesthetic clinic dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and delivering transformative skin and beauty treatments. We are seeking a polished, professional, and client-focused Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team.

Role Overview :

The Front Desk / Receptionist is the central hub of our clinic, responsible for seamless daily operations, exceptional client experiences, and accurate administrative and financial processes. This highly visible role is patient-facing, relationship-driven, and critical to maintaining the luxury, professional atmosphere of Elysium Cosmetic Clinics.

Please note: This is a Front Desk / Assisting role only. Estheticians, please do not apply.

Schedule

● Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

● Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

● Full-time, 6 days per week (Sunday is required)

Key Responsibilities :
Client Experience & Hospitality

● Welcome clients warmly and professionally.

● Ensure clients are comfortable, offering beverages and assistance.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby.

● Support smooth client flow and minimize wait times.

● Encourage client reviews and feedback, following approved incentive programs.

Administrative & Operational Duties

● Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and intake.

● Process payments and checkouts accurately and discreetly.

● Maintain up-to-date, thorough client records.

● Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

● Encourage client reviews and feedback, following approved incentive programs.

● Ensure supplies and treatment areas are prepared and maintained.

Clinical Support / Cross-Training

● Assist providers during treatments as needed.

● Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment and product inventory.

● Support patient intake and documentation, including before-and-after photography.

Qualifications :

● Experience in sales, hospitality, or service-based roles preferred.

● Professional, confident, and polished demeanor.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic is a plus

● Must be available to work full-time, including Sundays.
