Full Job Description

HVAC Controls Technician

Requirements:

Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
Troubleshooting HVAC control systems
Demonstrates a “Servant Leadership” attitude
Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
Ability to use a Fluke meter
Working conditions include being on a roof or in a mechanical room for extended periods of time
Working on ladders
Carrying tools and sometimes heavy equipment
Experience with drawings and or computer graphics
Strong sense of urgency
Well organized and able to multi-task
Possess strong self-management skills
Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
Operating in a safe manner according to all OSHA regulations
Wearing proper personal protective gear
Able to diagnose/repair/replace components on equipment
