Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Perform hair styling services, including but not limited to hair cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to enhance their experience.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with training as needed (not required)

Qualifications

Proven customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and sanitation practices
Licensed cosmetologist or barber with relevant certifications
Relavent experience in the beauty industry
Familiarity with salon software, particularly Meevo (not required)
Knowledge of retail sales and mentoring in a salon environment
Skills in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care (preferred but not required)
